What to Delegate Before Q4 (So You Don’t Start the Quarter Buried)

Are your goals ready for Q4?

Because if your to-do list still looks like it did in January, they’re not.

You set big goals for the second half of this year. New clients, a new offer, more room to breathe — you meant every word of it back in June.

And then October rolls around and somehow you’re behind again.

I’ve watched this happen to so many business owners, over and over. Not because they didn’t try hard enough. Because they walked into Q4 dragging the exact same list they had in January.

The goals changed. The plate didn’t.

Here’s the thing about Q4 — it’s not just another quarter. It’s the one where everything hits at once. Client wrap-ups, year-end stuff, the holidays, next year’s planning already knocking on the door. Whatever’s still sitting on your plate right now in Q3 doesn’t wait politely in line. It piles up.

So if you want this last stretch of the year to actually feel different, now’s the time. Not October. Now, while things are a little quieter.

Let me show you what to get off your plate so you can move into next quarter ready — not buried.

The stuff that’s quietly wrecking your weeks

It’s never the big dramatic thing. It’s the small stuff that seems fine on its own but adds up to hours you’re never getting back.

Your calendar. Your inbox. Writing the same follow-up email for the hundredth time instead of just having a template — or better, having someone else send it. Keeping it all in your head because there’s no system, just you.

None of that feels huge in the moment. But add it up over a few months and that’s the time you needed for the stuff that actually grows your business.

You’re not doing anything wrong by having these tasks. You just don’t need to be the one doing them.

Why now, not later

Q3 tends to be a little slower for a lot of us — which is exactly why it’s the window to make a change, before things get loud again.

If you wait until you’re already knee-deep in Q4 to figure this out, you’re not planning anymore. You’re just reacting. The handoff gets rushed, nothing gets explained properly, and the support you brought in doesn’t actually take the weight off — because there wasn’t time to set it up right.

Do it now, while you still have some breathing room.

Where to start

If you’re staring at your to-do list right now with no idea what’s actually yours to carry and what isn’t — that’s exactly what the Delegation Clarity Workbook is for. It walks you through your actual week, honestly, so you can see what’s there and what’s been sitting on your plate way longer than it should.

Or if you’d rather just talk it through with a real person instead of a worksheet, let’s hop on a call.
