My Story, Grounded in Experience
I’ve supported MedTech launches, executive coaching programs, and education initiatives across North America and East Africa. In Uganda, I found grounding in motherhood, community, and the Swahili word kupona—“to heal.”
Kupona became the name of my podcast and a daily reminder that true impact flows from healing, authenticity, and honest conversations about growth.
