My Story, Grounded in Experience

I’ve supported leaders and organizations across sectors — from MedTech to education, community initiatives, and executive leadership programs — throughout North America, New Zealand, and East Africa.

My time in Uganda, especially, shaped how I see connection, resilience, and the importance of grounded leadership. It’s where I learned the Swahili word kupona — “to heal” — a reminder that growth often begins with calm, clarity, and honest reflection.

Kupona later became the name of my podcast and a guiding principle in my work:
empowerment flows from authenticity, meaningful conversations, and support that meets people where they are.
